Refund policy

Return Window: Product return requests must be submitted within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Products: All items must be returned in new, unopened condition. For drone products specifically, they must not be powered on or activated, as activation triggers warranty coverage.

Approval Required: Please contact your sales representative before sending any return to obtain approval.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Deposits: Reservation deposits are refundable, less a 5% processing fee.
